ARMED FORCES RESERVE CENTER – MISSOULA

Final Contract: $1,469,307 (Sept 2008-July 2010)

This project consisted of 3 buildings on one campus.  The project included administrative offices, classrooms, simulation centers, an assembly hall, a kitchen, locker rooms, concrete vaults, a mechanical/maintenance building, and a storage building.  The project had an 800-amp service on Building A and a 600-amp service for Buildings B & C.  The project consisted of convenience power, energy efficient lighting (including LED), lighting control, fire alarm system, communications system, and access control.  The building’s structures are a combination of CMU and steel with high ceilings and an incredible amount of natural daylight.  The site lighting consisted of nearly one hundred pole lights throughout the campus.  Valley Electrical Contracting was honored to be involved in this substantial upgrade to the military facilities in the Missoula area.
